MCA proposes key changes to IBC law

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has proposed a slew of changes in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). These include redesigning the fast-track corporate insolvency resolution process to permit financial creditors to drive the insolvency resolution process for a corporate debtor outside the judicial process and expand the scope of pre-packaged framework.
