The recovery rate of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) has fallen from 46 per cent as of March 2020 to 39.3 per cent as of March 2021. Of the total outstanding amount of Rs.1.3 trillion, only around Rs.259.4 billion or 19.7 per cent was recovered in 2020-21.
